Our vineyards

Our vineyards are located on the Aspres land which means “dry lands” in Catalan. The ground is made up of hills and clayey and chalky terraces covered in schist pebbles.

The Winemakers’ charter

Our winemakers have agreed and subscribed to a charter, which aims at producing the best grapes, to then produce the best wines.
The elaboration and annual follow up of the charter is coordinated by a technical commission made up of winemakers.

Their job consists in :
- Visiting and sorting the plots of the vineyards according to the wines we wish to make.
- Organising the grape picking calendar according to the plots and ripening of the grapes.

Sensible wine growing

Our winemakers follow the principles of sensible wine growing.
This means that this type of wine growing respects and cares for the environment, thus limiting the risks of pesticide usage for both people and the environment.
