We only deliver in mainland France (no deliveries in Corsica). For deliveries outside of France please contact us by mail at Société Coopérative Vinicole “Les Vignerons de Terrats” BP 32 66302 Thuir Cedex or by email on contact@terrassous.com.
Deliveries can be made to your home address, place of work or any other address mentioned on the ordering form. However, the entire delivery will be made to one address only. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays).
Please inform us if you have a specific deadline for the reception of your wines. If we are not able to meet this deadline we will contact you before sending the wines. Delivery dates, when indicated, are target dates only. Delays in delivery - unless otherwise mentioned by an agreement between the two parties, shall not entitle the Buyer to cancel the order or claim compensation. Deliveries usually take about two weeks for mainland France from the reception of the order. It is the Client’s responsibility to check the goods supplied upon receipt.

Damage or partial deliveries:
The client must report in writing on the carrier’s delivery note any damaged or missing products, as the carrier is the only person liable for damaged goods. According to the article L.133-3 of the “Code de commerce” claims have to be confirmed in writing to the carrier by postal recorded delivery within 3 days of reception of the goods. A copy of the claim must also be addressed to S.C.V Les Vignerons de Terrats.
