Vinification: Destemming during the grape harvest,
Pneumatic pressing and sieving
Cold racking (12h)
Vinifcation at a controlled temperature of 14°-18°
Wine maturation: Bottled in December 2009 then kept in air conditioned wine warehouses

Temperature: Serve chilled between 11-12°
Decanting: Not necessary
Conservation: To be drunk within 2 years
Serving suggestion: Ideal with black cuttlefish salad, Paella, Pastis flambéed King Prawns, Tuna in a Catalan tomato sauce
Appearance & taste:Deep pink colour.
Intense and fruity on the nose with strong scents of black and red berries
On the palate, a balanced flavour combining the fruity scents with a slightly spicy finale. Balanced ,flavoured and well rounded wine.
